  Urgent care called in my 5 year olds scripts tonight. 1 hour later i go over to pick up the prescriptions and im told out of the 3 they called in only 1 was ready. I asked about the most important a steriod and the guy in the pharmacy tells me oh thats on back order. It will be here end of month, i said today is end of month are we talking any day now, and he tells me no end of FEBRUARY! So i ask about the generic, nope thats backordered too. I ask what i need to do call another pharmacy and have it transfered? Call the doctor? Why cant they call the doctor and let them know hey you just efaxed us a script that NO WALGREENS has, its on backorder until end of next month! I call the urgent care from the parking lot and she calls me and says oh the pharmacist just called and said they have the generic and they are filling it for you. Wtf?! Now i completely remember why i stopped using this crappy pharmacy. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  If I could give this location a lower score I would. I went in to use a kiosk for Western Union services which do not take any help from anyone and shouldn't ever be a bother to anyone. Halfway into my transaction the manager decides to walk up and ask me very aggressively if I'm using the kiosk because someone else needs it. As a former Walgreens employee I am appalled, knowing good and well that corporate would lose their minds completely and I have literally never had anyone in any place of business speak to me like they want to get physical especially when they are making money by doing nothing. I will never walk into this store again even if it's the last standing building on the planet and I recommend no one else does unless they enjoy being treated and spoken to like they are trash. Thankfully there are plenty of better choices in the area.
